retrieving files on user account

If the user account was removed, then you'd need to avail yourself of the
services of a data retrieval service, which is very expensive, and not
always successful. If you hadn't removed the user account, and had only
deleted files in that account, and if you hadn't used the system much, and
the space on your drive where those files were wasn't overwritten, then you
could have logged into that user account, and used one of many data
retrieval utilities.
