Retrieving files accidently deleted from "Deleted Items" folder

I was wondering if there is any way to retrieve files that
were accidently deleted from "Deleted Items" folder in
Outlook 2000. Are there any utilities that are available
for such a thing. I, like an idiot, deleted something that
I later realized I desperately need. I'm running Office
2000 on a W2K Pro machine. Help
