Retrieving details of Backup schedules, maintenance plans, or SQL Agent jobs, from SQL Server

Hi
Does anyone have any sample code (pref. C#), that can obtain details of the
backup schedules, maintenance plans, or SQL Agent jobs, from SQL Server,
perhaps using DMO, or SMO (2005)


Any sample code appreciated
