your question is not related to that database. The Microsoft help system is
not all that clear and may have misdirected you here. You are much more
likely to find someone with the answer if you post your question to a
newsgroup devoted to your subject.
I suspect you may or may not be able to do so depending on your provider
and how far it has gone. Often it is has been passed on within seconds.
