retrieving a sent email

I would like to retrieve a sent email and I am not sure
how it is done
 
Are you connected to an Exchange Server? If not, a recall stands a very
small chance of working.
 
Were you able to find this out from anyone. I need help also. Thanks

As I asked the previous poster... are you connected to an Exchange Server?
