retrieve the most recently visisted folders

Hi,

Is there a way to retrieve the most recently visited folders, as
START->DOCUMENT for documents, and IE's HISTORY for web sites? Thanks
for your help.

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Recent

Thanks, Bob. I open the folder and find some recently visited folders.
But how come they don't show up in the list opened by clicking
start->documents?

Never researched it, but I would hazard a guess the word "Documents" is
the key!
