Retrieve results of "Advanced Find"?

I did a research and found many posts about how to use
Application.AdvancedSearch to do the search. But my problem is to retrieve
the results in the Advanced Find window (The Advanced Search had already been
done).
Any clues? Thanks.

Actually I'm trying to drag&drop items from Advanced Find window to my
application (VB). I noticed that it's allowed to drag items from Advanced
Find window and drop them the Windows Explorer or Desktop. And they are saved
as msg files. How to make my application behaves like Windows Explorer in
terms of drag&dropping items from Advanced Find?

As I know nothing about drag/drop, I'd suggest you start a new discussion thread on that topic.

You'd have to provide your own UI for the item list, of course.
