retrieve permanently deleted particular senders mail

Is there any way to recover permanently deleted mails of particular sender?

You would need to provide further details:

1) Version of Outlook
2) E-mail environment (Exchange, POP3, etc.)
3) Is a PST in use?
4) If you connect to an Exchange server, is deleted item retention turned on
(this is done on the server)?
