Retrieve deleted Public Folders

Hi,

The company I work for uses Outlook 2003 and MS Exchange for emails.
Yesterday, a Public Folder was accidently deleted by one of our employees.
Is it possible to retrieve this folder from somewhere? I greatly appreciate
any assistance!

From backup?

Also make sure you've got your permissions on Public Folder so that not
everyone can create and delete folders as they please.
