Retrieve deleted material

You will need to provide a lot more info. (vital material means something
to you but doesn't give details to potential respondents).

You may need to decide on the appropriate newsgroup to post to also. This
newsgroup is for Microsoft Access, a database application, and not general
"access".
 
Accidently deleted vital material need to retrieve

Did you delete this material from an Access database? If so, it's
probably gone.

Bear in mind that you are asking your question of human volunteers,
not of a search engine. It would help a great deal if you would post
the context; where this data was stored; how it was deleted; what you
have done since.

If material is vital, then you are making back-ups on a regular basis. Use
your back-up to retrieve the vital material. If you have no back-ups, then
you have just learned a very expensive, painful and vital lesson.
