a) From backup (I assume you back up all
important files)
b) Check Google for undelete tools that work under Win2000
Note that the longer you use your PC, the slimmer your chances
of retrieving the file. Each time you start & operate Win2000,
something gets written to disk. Sooner or later the deleted file
will be overwritten by something else.
