retreiving deleted emails from deleted items folder

I had emails that I wanted to keep in my Inbox, but deleted them as i had
just recieved losts of unwanted emails, then I proceeded to empty them from
my deleted items folder.

Is there a way I can retrieve these emails?I have windows XP, and using
Outlook Express 6.

Any help much appreciated.

probably best NOT to use your computer at all until you are read
to attempt the recovery
