Results of a formula to be Number instead of formula

Can someone tell me if it is possible to have the results of a formul
to be a number instead of the actual formula? I am trying to take th
results of several formulas and export these out of excel into anothe
program (but my new program can't access formulas or links in excel).

in Excel:
-Edit - Paste Special - Values' to remove the formulas after copying
the original data
