Restrictions on machine

Okay - I'm totally befuddled. I have one user who can't
run one specific application on one specific machine. The
GPO she gets is very lenient - no restrictions on apps
that can run. If anyone else logs on...the app works
fine. She is in the same security groups as the people
I've tested, but she gets different results. I even made
her a local admin on the machine to see if it worked - no
luck. She gets the "You can not run this program due to
restrictions in place on this computer. Contact your
Systems Administrator" message. I'm at a loss...
Any ideas?

She may have had restriction placed on her local profile on that machine.
You can try a new local account or delete\rename the local profile to see if
that works
