Restricting Web Access through Active Directory

I was wondering if it is possible in Active Directory to
allow access to only one web site in Internet Explorer,
restricting the rest of the internet. If this is not
possible I'm open to other ways of accomplishing this
task.

This can be done with in Security Zones and Content Ratings within the
Internet Explorer Maintenance part within a Group Policy.
