Restricting user access?

All,

I am running XP Pro with 3 accounts on it.

I have 2 limited accounts, but I wish to lock one down, as in restrict the
user of that account from doing certain things on the machine.

How best can I achieve this for each user?

First step would be to read the articles in XP's Help about "system
administration" to learn about groups, permissions, local security
policy, etc. From there it should be clear.
