Two questions.

Is there a way to have personalized start menues for each user in Vista, if
so how?

I would like to restrict the Guest account, how can I do that?

Thanks!

Hi,

You may do it manualy or use program.
For manual management you shuld understend that start menu store in
two folders one folder for all users other folder individual for each
user.
To acces this folders right clcik in menu and select "Explore All
Users" or "Explore" for all user folder and individual.

The secon way is use -
Tidy Start Menu -
http://www.tidystartmenu.com

Setup program and read in help about "admin mode".

In both cases please note - Windows Vista cashe start menu and you
don't see all chenges immediately. To see changes logoff and logon.

I recomend run Tidy Start Menu in Admin mode to avoid nothng messages.
For this right clcik and select "Run as admin".

Also I want recommend you use Vista Start Menu instant system menu -
