Restricting printer access per computer

I have multiple lab rooms that have printers assigned to each of them.
I want to allow only the computers in those room to be able to access
their own printers and restrict all others in other rooms. Since I
have many students and teachers that use all the rooms I cannot
restrict by user name. Is there a way to give access to the computer
names I want?

The info at http://members.shaw.ca/bsanders/NetPrinterAllUsers.htm will show
you how to automatically make specific printers available to any user that
logs on to specific computers (e.g. add the printer in the room to the
computers in that room). This does not stop users from adding other ones,
but perhaps if the one in the room is already available, they won't be
tempted.

You can almost disable the ability to add printers using the setting
User Configuration
Administrative Templates
Control Panel
Printers
Prevent addition of printers
Prevent deletion of printers
