Restrict shut down ability to admins

Frustrated Admin

Is it possible to restrict access on who can shut down a
server to admins only? We are running a Terminal Server
(Citrix), and one of our users selects the "Shut Down"
option instead of the "Log Off" option.

If so, how do I do it?

Run gpedit.msc and check the many options visible there.
One of them will do just what you want to do.
