Restrict Color Printing?

I recently purchased a color laser Minolta-QMS 2300DL. Is there any way via
AD to allow certain users to print in color while the rest prints in black
and white?

Uh, ...no!

Your printer driver probably allows you to set "default" print settings. You
can (probably) set the default to be black-and-white, so that users will
have to explicitly change the default to print in color.

Don't know if they have color paper restriction but contact them to be sure,
