Restrict changes to signature

I am searching for a registry hack or Group Policy to prevent users from
changing their Outlook2003 signature. Management wants to be compliant with
the disclaimers, etc.

Any ideas, links?

Thanks

First, disclaimers do NOT protect a company from liability.

Your best bet, if you want a consistent disclaimer, is to add one on the
outgoing server side of things. That way, no one can affect its inclusion.

I agree with Brian - disclaimers are a joke, especially when sent internally.

Thanks "guys" I already know that. I think every one of us IT professional
knows that.

Management wants it that way PLUS a way to standardize the appearance of the
actual signature block.

We all know that numerous policies and even public beatings do not
necessarily prevent users from doing stuff they ought not be doing, so this
approach is simply to set a sig block and prevent any changes.

Is there a way to accomplish this.?

Thanks much.
