Restrict accessing menu for certain users

Hi,

I have created a database with many menu's and in that I am having a
menu called "Admin Use" and I require a code which should check
whenever a user open the database with his/her user Id and password
the code should enable the "Admin Use" menu to the following users
only.

All the menus are located in a Toolbar Called "MAIN TOOLBAR"

Users
Jack
Domnic

For rest of the users the "Admin Menu" should not be active.
