restoring toolbars after customising them to be removed

Hi,

Is it possible to restore the toolbars within Access once you have removed
them to stop users from accessing the backend?
 
How have you removed them?

Probably the simplest way would be to hold down the shift key while you launch
the database and keep holding it down until the database has loaded. This
should bypass your settings and then you can access the menus and toolbars to
change your settings back.

If you've actually changed the menu bars, post back and someone may be able to
help you.
