Restoring the My Documents icon to Desktop

I dragged the My Documents icon from the desktop to the
Quick Launch bar and now dont have access to My Documents
at the top of the folders list in Explorer anymore. How
can I restore the System Folder My Documents back to the
desktop?

Control Panel|Folder Options|View, then check the box for "Show My Documents
on the Desktop"
