Restoring "My Documents" to the desktop

Hi all

Is it possible to get the "My Documents" desktop folder
back once it's been deleted?
Our tech-support says it can't be done; hope someone here
can help me!

What happens if you go the Control panel, folder options|view| and check
Show My Documents on desktop?

I removed the folder myself because I thought the icon was ugly and
instead created a shortcut from the folder My documents to the desktop.
So I have My Documents on the desktop but with the standard folder.
