Restoring Menu Bar

I am trying to restore the "File Edit View Favorites Tools
Help " menu bar on the Window Explorer page. Do not know
how this person deleted but it is gone and I cannot
restore it...

Any help....

Don't rightly know but maybe these might help:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;838283&Product=win2000

2) Go to Windows Explorer | Tools | Folder Options... | View | Restore Defaults

3) Double-click the title bar in Windows Explorer

Is this the only Application that exhibits this behavior?

What happens if you logon as a new user? (create a new account in 'Users and
Passwords').
