Restoring deleted history

Is there any way I can restore sites that were deleted from the history
yesterday? I have a sneaky teenager that only deleted what he was on and not
the entire day. Or, is there any way I can view where he was?

There's not a lot of hope for this, without expensive professional services.

You can try data recovery software, but your teenager is probably smarter
than that. And installing the recovery software - along with just using
the machine - significantly reduces any chance of recovering any deleted
files.

Use a firewall or parental control software (like NetNanny or others) that
logs all activity, and blocks sites and content you don't want available.
Use a decent password and change it regularly.
