Restoring deleted files

Help I have deleted a document and cleared it from my
recyle bin and need to restore it does anyone know how to
do this?

I use getdataback (www.getdataback.com). Its a good util to restore data
for FAT32 or NTFS as long as you don't low level format your HDD
