Restoring database from previous save

In previous versions of windows there was a way to look at a file's history
and select from a particular point that it was saved. Is there a way with
access (2003) to revert back to a previous save?

Only insofar as you've made a backup copy somewhere, and go back to it.
Access doesn't save prior versions or maintain a "rollback history".
