Restoring "archived" emails

Outlook archived our old emails and we would like to see them all.
We have followed the help instructions but did not succeed.
Can you help us see all emails old and new.

Are you archived mail items in a PST file, as would be the norm for
auto-archived items? If so, open that file using the File menu > Open >
Outlook Data File command
