My computer was lost during hurricane Isabel. I serve as the webmaster for our church's web page using Windows98 and FrontPage98 software.

I was able to save the FrontPage98 CD and reinstalled the software in my new computer using WindowsXP.

Is there any way to retrieve the web pages from the server where they are hosted, importing them into my new computer?

At this time, I am only able to update the web page "online". I would like to use the "offline" and "publish" features that I was used to before the system was lost.

If the server has FrontPage extensions installed,
open the site on the server in FrontPage, then select
File > Publish web, and publish down to a location on
your hard drive.

If you can open it by entering http://websitename.com
and then entering the user name and password,
it "should" have extensions installed.
