Restoring a deleted user account

Is it possible to restore a deleted user account? I
inadvertantly removed my wife's while cleaning up and
thought I had saved her files. If I can't restore the
account, are the deleted files hidden somewhere that I can
get them back?

No, you will have to create a new one for her.

If you did not elect to save the files when deleting the account, then you
will need to try a file recovery or "undelete" tool. These often help as
long as the files have not yet been overwritten (and everything you do with
the pc stands the chance of overwriting them), otherwise recovery will
require specialized tools handled by someone who knows what they are doing.

I restored my "lost/deleted" user profile with "TweakUI", go to logon
and check mark the one missing.
