Restore start-up options

Hi,

How would I restore the normal, default menus and toolbars that were turned
off by unchecking "Allow Full Menus" and "Allow Built-In Toolbars" under
Startup?
 
Hold down the shift key while you're opening the database. That will open it
with no start-up options, and you can then go and reset them to whatever you
want.
