Restore Settings

I have altered my word settings,i find it really difficult to type letters
in word due to these settings,the margins or the ruler settings have changed
..HOW CAN I RESTORE THE ORIGINAL WORD SETTINGS.PLEASE HELP.(WORD 20030

With Word closed, rename normal.dot to oldnormal.dot (just in case you
change your mind) and delete the data key from the registry - see
http://www.gmayor.com/my_toolbars_are_missing.htm - and Word will be pretty
close to install defaults next time you start it.
