There is some trouble for my dual boot system (XP plus Vista Ultimate)
when i logged in at one of them restore points are disappeared and i can't
restore my system (undo changes)
I've read that it is possible to turn off partitions that contain other
system (XP or Vista - depend in where used)
How can I turn it off? I want to hear step by step manual about this...

You can't turn anything off. You can use a third party boot program which
has a provision to hide other partitions when you boot into XP, or you can
encrypt the Vista drive.

thx!) but... could you name one example of that program? ;)

Go to the following website. There is information there for setting up a
dual boot with XP and Vista that solves all of problems. This makes dual
booting a treat.
