Restore point

I have 2 installs of XP on my computer, I was wondering if it is possible to
revert to a restore point manually in the first install from the second one?
I am trying to fix a problem in the first one. Thank you.

Wayne,

This is not possible. You need to be in the 'subject' installation (first),
in order to do a System Restore rollback. However, you can restore the
registry hives from a recent System Restore point if situation demands. For
