RESTORE DELETED SAVED DOCUMENT

HI

I DID BY ACCIDENT DELETE A DOCUMENT THAT WAS SAVED ON MY COMPUTER. CAN I
RESTORE IT?

Hi Lilian,
did you email the file to somebody?, ask your IT department if they backup
it, look in the recycle bin, otherwise sorry but you cannot recover it
