I accidently deleted 4 columns from a table, I have not compacted my
database. is there a way to recover this data?

Please

You are about to delete 4 record(s).
If you click yes, you *WON'T BE ABLE TO UNDO THIS DELETE OPERATION.*
Are you sure you want to delete these records?

Almost certainly not. If you ignored the very clear warning message,
that the changes are irreversible, you're probably out of luck.

There are database salvage services which will dig into the binary
structure of your database, for a suitable fee. Check the references

Tony has a list of database recovery vendors on this page.

What is it worth to you? You are not going to be able to do this
yourself but it may be possible for a data recovery outfit to do it for you.
It will be expensive.

A very good reason for a quality backup system.

What ever you do, do not do a compact of the database until you decide
your next action.
