Restarting Loop

My laptop is in restarting loop, Once it comes to starting the windows xp,
it again goes in starting mode.
please suggest a solution.

See if you can start in safe mode. It seems that ypu may have a bad driver
or something of the sort.

What did you do just before this began? What did you install or
uninstall? What did you delete?

The First Question Of Troubleshooting: If the problem is new, what changed
between the time things worked and the time they didn't?

find your XP CD and try a installation repair.
