restart subpragraph numbering at "a." or "(1)" or "(a)"

IN THAT GOOD FOR LOST PRODUCTIVE TIME APPLICATION WORD 2007, how do you get
the program to start renumbering sub paragraphs at the begining rather than
continuing numbering from a previous list.

THIS IS NO PROBLEM in Word 2003 where all you have to do is check a small
box in the bulleting function that says "restart numbering".

Where does this function reside in Word 2007?

Right-click the item where you want to restart numbering, and choose Restart
at 1 from the context menu. Note, however, that it will be safer, in the
long run, to create a multilevel (outline) list and have higher levels
restart lower ones.
