Hello,
I have Toshiba notebook, (P4 2,8GHz, 512MB Ram, Windows XP Home + SP1, HDD
60GB NTFS) and have noticed this intermittent problem when Restarting from
the Start Menu. After I press Restart, Windows shuts down and then the
Laptop appears to go to sleep. Then I have to press the power button and
then it comes up with some text saying "Windows could not start
successfully" and lets me choose from many Startup options. The default is
"Start Windows normally" - and then it comes up fine. This happens perhaps
about 50% of the time. Thanks for any info.
