Hi

I use a windows xp sp2 machine.
I have been looking for an application [free or not] that would allow me to
schedule PC restart after it has been shut down. Yes. After it has been shut
down.
Is there a way that once I have shut down the machine, I can also configure
it to restart after say 4 hrs automatically. No user intervention.

Thanks

After you have shut down your PC, Windows is dead. It cannot
restart your PC.

However, your BIOS may be able to start the PC at a given time.
Check the various BIOS menus or consult the user manual for your
motherboard.
