restart networking?

Ran DRTCP and it says to restart networking so that the new settings will
take. How do you restart/reboot networking? Running XP-SP2 Home Edition with
a wired D-Link router and cable connection. Thank you, Steve T.

One way is to restart the PC.
 
I took it as meaning something other than rebooting the PC. Thanks Bob.
