Before blue screen, my PC would not turn off, it was always restart. I put question to group
this a.m. to which, no response. I just finished formating XP partition and reinstall, now no
blue screen and turn off does just what the words imply.
It is the XP cure-all, like a mother's kiss: format & reinstall.
