restart continiously spyware virus

my computer has a virus but it doesnt give me time to run a anti-virus
because it restart itself every minute and it also has tow screens one say
error c:\windows\bxxs5.dll
it cant find the specific module
and the other one say
it didn't find the rtl70.bpl
ntnut.exe can't find the component

and i dont have the windows cd to reinstall the software
