resource scheduling i have a problem

this folder cannot opened because there is a configuration problem on the
server. cantact your microsoft exchange server administrator for assistance.
this message apear when i click on resource scheduling we are an organization
that use exchange server 2000, we use office 2003 please feed us back soon
for this problem as soon as possible.

What did your Exchange admin say when you contacted him/her? Did she/he try
a new mailbox for the resource? How are your resources set up? Direct
booking? Delegate?
