Resolving name while configuration

Mailbox name is not getting resolved in outlook 2007 but it gets resolved
with outlook 2003... Please help if any issues or settings at the product
end...
 
Configuration settings or connection issues is the likely cause of this.
Without any details it is hard to be any more specific.
