Resolution problems

My site is a personel directory. Each office has a page with links to each
employee. I am creating it using 1024 x 768 and it looks good. When someone
with higher resolution looks at it it looks awful. I can't seem to keep it
consistant between the two settings. Is there anything I can do? I am using
Frontpage 2003.

I hate to say this, but your only alternative is to study HTML layout and
CSS. There is no single method for making a web site look good in all
browsers on all machines at all resolutions. There are several different
techniques, and they can be mixed and matched. It is not an easy thing to
accomplish. Here's a good place to start: http://designinginterfaces.com/
