resolution low or something???

okay..i turned my computer off one day and turned it on
the next day and my screen was huge..things like the
windows and icons where enormous. and a balloon pops up
and says that your resolution is low or something like
that and that click here to have windows change it but
nothing ever happened when i did. Has anyone had this
problem? cause im still pretty new to my computer and
really dont know what im doing. can some one help? thanks

i dont quite under stand? do you mean the brand of
computer i have? go to that website or what? i have an
emachines monitor and processor.
