Resolution at mutliple users

I have XP Pro and some problems with different
resolutions on different users.
It seems that every user has the same resolution, if I
change it for one, it will change for all the users...
Am I doing something wrong, or isn't is possible?
What I would find very strange because it was possible in
previous versions of Windows.

It isn't possible, nor was it possible with previous versions of windows.

Windows XP doesn't do this on its own however you might be interested to
look at the XP User Display Settings program on Doug Knox's website
